The European CHANGE-partnership consists of a consortium of 9 trade unions from Germany, United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, Romania, France, Poland, Spain and industriAll Europe. Representatives from multinational OEMs and important suppliers are involved in the main activities.
The European actors organize their cooperation on three levels:

•  Information, Know-how building and future-oriented strategies of national Trade Unions to the demographic challenges on qualified employment in the European aerospace industry (European Networking)
• Company-based improvements for securing skilled workforce and sustainable strategies for managing the current challenges with aging workforce (Innovations in employment)
• Enabling actors from Trade Unions and Work Councils for dealing with proactive approaches in demographically influenced fields of action for future oriented employment (Representation of interests)
