The outcomes from the implementation of the project make it possible to respond more effectively and pro-actively to the challenges of demographically influenced employment development and structural changes, in terms of our employees’ abilities, knowledge and skills.

Trade unions and employee representative bodies are taking the initiative, by sharing their sector-specific know-how, experience in the workplace and contributing to future-proof solutions. This creates opportunities for a forward-looking sectoral and company policy, which is in the common interest of employees and plants.
