The NSZZ “Solidarność “Trade Union is the largest trade union in Poland.

Metalworkers’ Secretariat is an element of NSZZ “Solidarity” and associate employees of metal industries i.e : electromechanical industry , aviation , automotive, shipbuilding
industry ,defense and steel industry.

NSZZ “Solidarność “is affiliated with IndustriAll European Trade Union and IndustriALL Global Union as well.

The NSZZ “Solidarność “National Aviation Section is a part of Metalworkers’ Secretariat.

The NSZZ “Solidarność “National Aviation Section represent eight aviation sector companies at national level in Social Dialog Council and at international level in Sector Committee of Aviation and Space.
