When the project is implemented, it will focus on four sectoral policy objectives.
This involves:
- Prospective analysis of demographic and age-related changes to qualifications and employment structure of the aerospace sector
- Pro-active strategies aimed at coping with the associated qualification and employment changes, and sectoral economic modernisation of HR, work and qualification structures
- Sustainable initiatives for the protection and recruitment of new skilled workers
- Active implementation of employee participation for sustainable age management in the workplace
