This involves:

  1. Prospective analysis of demographic and age-related changes to qualifications and employment structure of the aerospace sector
  2. Pro-active strategies aimed at coping with the associated qualification and employment changes, and sectoral economic modernisation of HR, work and qualification structures
  3. Sustainable initiatives for the protection and recruitment of new skilled workers
  4. Active implementation of employee participation for sustainable age management in the workplace
