Actively work in company and branch – Going forward with national strategies
The challenges are varied: the demographic change influences the employment from tomorrow, furthermore the need in skilled workforce will grow and the advance of industry 4.0 will change the present work life rapidly.
What are the successful national strategies of trade unions for a future oriented employment in the European Aerospace industry? During the last 12 months the trade unions, involved in the project CHANGE, have compiled unionized and operational approaches, to take country-specific priorities into account. On this occasion, specifically it is about small-step initiatives for the recruitment and binding of skilled workers.
