Newsletter 4: Make digitization in a humane way
Create a European platform for exchange and come up with national initiatives in the sector. Following this aim the CHANGE-project partners have analysed and discussed the demographical challenges for the qualification- and personal development in the European aerospace industry since the beginning of 2016. Their joint conclusion: Securing skilled workforce is more successful, when companies organise their work conditions according to the „Good work“ principles.
Newsletter 3: Getting ahead in Europe! – works council members and trade unionists focus on “demographic change and skilled labour”
Based on the European survey and the company's weaknesses related to the demographic change in employment, the project-partners from 8 countries have launched country-specific campaigns.
All partners are convinced: “If the employees do not actively take action, we will not be able to change the employment policy in Europe for the better.”
Newsletter 2: Our topics: promoting employment - securing know-how – recruiting professionals
The availability of skilled workers is one of the key challenges for future developments in the European aerospace industry. Our second newsletter focuses the already recognizable needs for qualification and employment in companies. Under the headline "Good Practices in Europe - active acting in companies and sector" we inform on national initiatives and wide-faceted activities from our partners in Germany, Sweden and Italy.
The first newsletter has two topics
On the one hand you receive information about the project approach, the already initiated activities and first European events. Brief statements underline the expectations of our European partners to the results of the project.
On the other hand the newsletter highlights the European dimension of demographic change in terms of the age-related challenges in employment, qualifications and work organization in the companies.
